Hi, I'm Stephanie Buchanan—mom, grandmother, coach's wife, and proud empty nester. I am passionate about helping women over 50 navigate menopause, lose fat and inflammation, and reverse pre-diabetes through sustainable, healthy habits.
My journey started out like many of my clients: I struggled with perimenopause, not realizing how much my hormones, especially cortisol and insulin, were working against me. No matter how much I dieted and exercised, nothing seemed to work.
Everything changed when I learned how to support my hormones through strategic nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle shifts. Once I learned how to lower my insulin and balance my metabolism post menopause, I finally saw real results — more energy, better digestion, and sustainable fat loss and I coach my clients to do the same!
